Do I need Canva?

Only for fully branded documents. Without Canva, Claude still writes the CMA, kit or review for you to copy into your own templates or export as a document.

Which Canva plan do I need?

Any Canva plan works, including the free one. Connect your Canva account to Claude and it designs each document in your brand on the fly. No templates to set up.

Where do the campaign numbers come from?

Stash supplies the market side: sales, listings, days on market and suburb trends. Add your enquiry, inspection and feedback numbers from your CRM or portal reports.

How accurate are the CMAs?

They use live Stash sales and property data, and Claude explains the comparables and reasoning so you can check it. You stay in control of the final price guide.
