Free Property Development Software in Australia

As a lower volume Australian property investor (that fall into the ‘mum and dad investor’ category), it doesn’t make a lot of sense to be paying through the nose for solutions like PriceFinder and CoreLogic if you might be only making one or two investments a year.

There are some seriously beautiful, initiative and data heavy solutions out there which are free, thanks to the PropTech boom in the startup world. There isn’t an end-to-end, do it all solution yet, but you can you stitch solutions together to help with the research and feasibility component of off-market/off-plan property development.. free!

Here are a few free tools that could be useful for your property development journey (in no particular order).
