    There may be two reasons that you are having difficulty finding a suburb:
    1. When you perform a search, it is nation wide. Please take note of the postcode to reference which state the suburb is in i.e. Southbank in Victoria is postcode 3006, where-as Southbank in Queensland is postcode 4101. Both of these suburbs will appear in a “Southbank” search, so you need to select the right postcode for the right state and may need to scroll down.

    2. While we have extensive coverage across Australia, there may be a gap in our datasets (due to council changes, pricefinder/domain data changes or gaps, etc). Please click to email us with details of the missing suburb data and an accompanying screenshot if possible and we will aim to resolve ASAP.
    We use Domain's (Pricefinder) API for the left side bar and comparable sales search. We also tap into data from our vendors and open data from councils across Australia.
    It will be soon! The Stash team is in the process of making the website mobile. Currently it is only usable on a computer desktop.

    Data

    There may be a few reasons why the number of results isn't what you expect when using the Stash search function:
    1. Results are very exact - for example, a lot of lots will be above 805 sq m, so you will need to make sure your search is exact to capture all results.

    2. There may be less results than you expect, generally because we are very exact and zone specific with our results. This can be expected behaviour.

    3. While we have extensive coverage across Australia, there may be a gap in our datasets (due to council changes, pricefinder/domain data changes or gaps, etc). Please click to email us with details of the missing property result data (that you might be seeing on another platform) and an accompanying screenshot if possible and we will aim to resolve ASAP.
    This is currently on a request basis and is not built into the platform. We are happy to accept a .csv export of your data from your other platform. Please email this .csv file to this email.

    Please contact the Stash team if you wish to delete your account. All your saved properties will be removed if you want to completely delete your account.

    To verify your identity, we need these pieces of information. We may also contact you on either of these mediums for product feedback - you are the most important part of the Stash journey!
    Please contact our technical team here, and provide further details such as the last time you had your data and what data appears to be missing. We make automated backups every day, and should be able to restore your data ASAP.
